I’ll give credit where it’s due, the size, color, and everything else were exactly what I ordered. No mix-ups, no weird surprises, nothing to complain about this time.

I paid extra for international shipping but still ended up waiting weeks. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was just kinda left guessing where my order even was. Frustrating tbh

I ordered a pair of designer shoes from Moda Operandi and they were definitely the real deal. The packaging, tags, dust bag, and everything else looked right, basically exactly what I was expecting.

I spent maybe 10 or 15 minutes comparing the details with the brand’s site, and nothing seemed off to me. The stitching, labels, and overall finish all checked out, so I felt good about it.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the shipping updates were kind of slow, and I waited a few days longer than I wanted to. But the shoes themselves were legit, so overall I’m happy with the purchase.

My order showed up really well packed, and everything inside looked totally safe. The box was sturdy, and the item was wrapped up nicely too. maybe a little too nicely for one small thing, but hey, better that than it arriving damaged. I’m only giving 4 stars because it felt like a bit much on the packaging side. Still, it got here in perfect condition, so no real complaints.

But surprisingly, it arrived exactly when they said it would. The tracking was clear too, which was nice because apparently that shouldn’t be too much to ask. No issues with the delivery at all, that was the bare minimum I was hoping for.

Moda Operandi was easy to shop on. The pages loaded fast, the filters made sense, and I didn’t have to dig around forever just to find my size. I was probably browsing at a bad time though, because a couple things I liked were already gone or low in stock, which was annoying but not really the site’s fault.
Checkout was straightforward too, with no weird extra steps or popups getting in the way. I also liked the big photos and how the product details were right there, so browsing designer pieces felt a lot less stressful. If my timing had been better, I probably would’ve had an even smoother experience.

I picked up a dress in the sale the discount was actually decent. Checkout was simple, and I appreciated that the price didn’t suddenly change at the end with some random surprise fee. Shipping took a few days, which is fair enough, and the dress arrived nicely packed and just as described. It’s nice when a company just does the basic decent thing and gives you what they promised. I’d definitely buy again when they have another sale.

I ordered it on Monday and it was at my door by Wednesday, which surprised me. Maybe I just got lucky with timing or my location, so I can’t say it’ll be the same for everyone, but in my case the shipping was really quick and everything arrived with no issues.

I’ll give Moda Operandi credit, they do have some really nice clothes and the quality isn’t bad. I’ve found a few pieces I genuinely liked. But I can’t ignore how expensive everything feels, even when it’s supposedly on sale. Once shipping and duties get added, it’s kind of hard to justify. I get that it’s not a bargain site, and maybe that’s just the deal with shopping there, but for me it usually ends up feeling like too much for what I’m getting.

But getting the return label was simple, the instructions were easy to follow, and I just dropped it off without any drama. My refund came through faster than I expected too. Compared with some other retailers where I’ve had to chase customer service or wait forever for updates, this was much smoother. Overall, a really easy return experience...

I’ve ordered from Moda Operandi a few times now, and overall I’ve had a really good experience. Their stock is usually strong, especially when I’m looking for designer pieces I haven’t spotted on the usual sites. I also like that they carry newer collections and those slightly harder-to-find items, like a specific colorway or a dress with just the right neckline.
The only reason I’d keep it at 4 stars is that sizes can sell out quickly. I’ve had a couple of times where I waited a day to decide, went back, and my size was already gone. It doesn’t always restock, which is a little frustrating, but I can usually find something similar enough that I’m still happy with my order.

I got my refund back way quicker than I expected, and there was no hassle at all. That’s how it should be, right?

I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I was hoping to just browse and find a few easy favorites. The designer selection is solid and there are definitely some nice pieces, but I was a little disappointed not to see more smaller labels mixed in. It’s good overall, just missing some of the brands I usually get excited about

I ordered a dress from Moda Operandi it was way nicer than I expected. The fabric has that good heavy feel, the stitching is super clean, and it looks just like the pics, no catfish situation at all.
Yeah, it’s definitely not cheap, but you can kinda tell where the money went. I’ve worn it twice already and it still looks brand new. Lowkey would totally order from them again.
